John has worked as a consultant and advisor to attorneys and accountants and is a specialist in the structuring and analysis of complex transactional matters.   Tim Halligan has 30 years of real estate and exchange experience. He is a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, has served as past president of Central New York Marketing Network, past president of New York State Commercial Investment Division, and past director of New England Chapter of National Council of Exchangers and formerly served on the Board of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. In 1993 he was recognized as the New York State Commercial Realtor of the Year. Tim is a national speaker and New York State-certified instructor on exchanges and other real estate-related topics. In October 2003, Tim earned the Federation of Exchange Accommodators designation of Certified Exchange Specialist (CES).
