- Federation of Exchange Accomodators The Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) is the only national trade association organized to represent professionals who conduct like-kind exchanges under Internal Revenue Code §1031. Tim Halligan, President of Exchange Authority, and long time member of FEA. In fact, in October 2002, Tim earned the Federation of Exchange Accommodators designation of Certified Exchange Specialist (CES).in October 2002
- National Council of Exchangors The National Council of Exchangors is a nonprofit organization of client-centered real estate agents trained to achieve your real estate investment goals. In 1989, John Kimball, Founder and Consultant received the Exchangor of The Year Award from NCE. John has also served as the New England Chapter's president, as has Tim Halligan.
- NASBA Exchange Authority is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:www.learningmarket.org
