- Federation of Exchange Accomodators. The Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) is the only national trade association organized to represent professionals who conduct like-kind exchanges under Internal Revenue Code §1031. John Kimball and Tim Halligan, both Senior Partners of Exchange Authority, are long time members of FEA. In fact, in October 2002, Tim earned the Federation of Exchange Accommodators designation of Certified Exchange Specialist (CES).in October 2002
- National Council of Exchangors. The National Council of Exchangors is a nonprofit organization of client-centered real estate agents trained to achieve your real estate investment goals. In 1989, John Kimball received the Exchangor of The Year Award from NCE. John has also served as the New England Chapter's president, as has Tim Halligan.
